1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which a refund may be granted for purchases made on the BEA platform. BEA delivers digital educational services, including English language assessments and digital certificates, that are delivered electronically and are non-returnable once accessed.

2. Digital Services & Instant Access

By purchasing a BEA test, users gain immediate access to a secure digital testing platform and related materials. This constitutes the beginning of service delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that:

  • - You will receive access to digital content immediately, and
  • - You thereby forfeit your right to a 14-day cancellation period (cooling-off) under these regulations.

3. No Refunds Once Access is Granted

As BEA provides digital services that begin immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once:

  • - A test link has been issued, or
  • - Access has been granted to the test platform, or
  • - The user has started or completed the test

This policy applies even if the test is not completed or if the user is dissatisfied with their performance or result.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • - Duplicate payment made in error
  • - Payment processed but no test link delivered within 24 hours
  • - Technical failure on BEAs part that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

Such cases will be reviewed individually. Refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of BEA.

5. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

To request a refund under the exceptions above, please email support@beaenglish.com within 7 days of the original purchase. Please include:

  • - Full name and registered email
  • - Payment receipt or reference
  • - Reason for the refund request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting BEA first may result in permanent suspension from the platform and forfeiture of certificate validation.

We strongly encourage users to contact support for resolution before raising disputes externally.

7. Policy Updates

BEA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website and reflected in the 'Last Updated' date above

8. Modifications and Termination

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of BEA after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
